Step 2: Return Your Item

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please ship the item back according to the provided instructions.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information, as we can only process refunds or exchanges after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund/Exchange Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

After approval:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchange items will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
